Polyamide cover fi73mm 8m
The polyamide casing is used to prepare homemade sausage and delicatessen products. It allows you to make brewed sausages such as headcheese, pate, ham, tag, luncheon meat, mortadella, black pudding.
Usage:
Soak before use in water with a max. 40oC for about 15 minutes. When soaking, the entire casing should be immersed in water. Tightly filled casing should be tied and then processed appropriate for the type of sausage.
The maximum temperature in the brewing process is 125oC. After heat treatment, cool with air, do not use cold water spraying. Store casings in a clean, dry and ventilated place at temperatures up to 25oC.
