Hexagonal mesh (with "honeycomb" eyelets), mesh size 13mm, made of 0.7mm thick galvanized wire, fully galvanized. The process of galvanizing the entire, already braided mesh takes place under special conditions through the so-called zinc bath at a temperature of up to 460oC. Then, as a result of diffusion, a layer of an iron-zinc alloy is formed on the surface of the galvanized metal, on which a layer of pure zinc is additionally deposited. Moreover, the wire strands in the mesh are covered with pure zinc. This results in double anti-corrosion protection on the entire surface of the wire in the mesh.
The use of such a production technology ensures that the produced mesh is strong and resistant to harmful external factors (including weather conditions).
Galvanized nets with a hexagonal mesh are widely used in the construction of cages for animals, aviaries for exotic birds. They are also often used in gardens to separate flower beds and flower beds. Such nets are also often used to protect sharp slopes against stone landslides or banks of rivers and streams against being washed away by water. It is often used in construction and agriculture and fishing. It is perfect for building a herb dryer.
The offered mesh has a hexagonal mesh size of ~ 13mm. The netting is sold in rolls of 1 m high and 50 m long. The mesh has (evenly) finished edges, thanks to which it does not come apart and can be easily joined into wider pieces. For this purpose, it is enough to weave together two sections of the mesh with a thin wire (ø1.2 mm thick), passing the wire between the mesh and the mesh.
