ALKALIC NISCOOPERIC PURIFYING PENCILARISM

ATMOMIX is an alkaline cleaner with high cleaning power. Produced specifically for the removal of smoke and similar impurities, mainly used in the meat industry. This preparation is a selected composition of potassium and calcium hydroxides and surfactants, softening, complexing and preserving cleaned surfaces. It is a very concentrated product, which effectively removes smoked tar, fats, proteins and persistent raids (smoke, tar and deep sediment). Surfactants provide good penetration and softening of the deposits. The content of the alkaline fraction optimizes the functioning of the detergents and the saponification of fats, making the formulation to a small extent alkaline the waste water. The use of a low-foam formulation in smoke chambers with an automatic injector wash system significantly reduces the cost of the washing process.

Biodegradation of over 90%.
Working concentrations: 1.0-5.0%.
Wash temperature: 20-90oC.
Dosing control: Conductometric analysis.
