Product description:

Droplet watering system for poultry in the form of a two-meter automatic line. This set has 8 stands, consisting of nipples and drip cups for watering chickens, from which chickens can draw water. It is estimated that one such set is able to handle up to 110 laying hens or ornamental poultry. The advantages of nipple watering lines include high efficiency, very low failure rate, ease of use and installation, as well as versatility - they can be used as a watering system for poultry (chickens, ducks) and ornamental birds (pheasants, quails, partridges).

The presented set of poultry watering lines is intended for suspension and for connecting into longer sections in the case of larger farms. Pheasants or other poultry draw water from nipple drinkers, which release water by tapping the beak of a steel pin. Importantly, the spindle works in two directions vertically and horizontally, and the teat efficiency is determined at 70-80 cm3 / min when working vertically and 30-40 cm3 / min when moving horizontally. This way of working means that even young chicks can use the drinkers.

Under the nipples for broilers, there are drip cups that reduce water wastage. The nipples and drip cups are mounted on a square tube in which water is transported. Square PVC pipe 22 x 22 m with a length of 2 meters is connected with a galvanized round pipe which has a stabilizing function. Both pipes are connected with 3 yellow connectors, visible in the photos.

TOP-CUP watering lines are commonly used in small and large poultry farms, for watering pheasants or ornamental poultry. It works very well in breeding small wild birds, so they are often used to water quails or partridges kept in the litter system.

The automatic quail watering line can be powered in two ways:
from the reservoir - the line is directly connected to the reservoir, which is above the level of the drinking line. Everything works on the gravity principle, no pressure reducer is required. There should be an air vent at the end of the line.
from the water mains - the watering line is connected to the water mains. This type of installation requires a pressure reduction to reduce the inlet water pressure. There is also an air vent at the end of the line. The whole is presented in photo 2.

Attention! The chicken watering system kit does not include a vent or pressure regulator. The kit only includes the 2 meter line. The system is not ready for completion. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time is 7 working days.
