Product description:

Automatic watering line for chickens for broilers, laying hens, pheasants and ducks, consisting of 8 independent stands. The offered watering system for laying hens is complete and ready for quick and easy connection. The whole is able to handle up to 110 birds.

The droplet watering system for chickens includes 7 elements:
stainless steel droplet drinker - 8 pieces
large two-arm eaves cup - 8 pieces
square PVC pipe 22 x 22 mm - 2 rm
supporting round pipe fi 26.75 mm - 2 rm
pipe connector - 1 piece
square tube connector 22 x 22 mm with round tube - 3 pieces
flexible sleeve - 1 piece

The nipple watering system for laying hens and broilers can be supplied from the water mains using a water pressure reducer at the beginning (the poultry line should work under pressure up to approx. 20-30 cm of water column in order to operate without failure) or from a water tank. In both cases, a venting nipple must be placed at the end of the poultry watering system.

8 stainless steel drinkers are screwed onto a 1/8 inch thread into a square 22 x 22 mm PVC pipe with a length of 2 meters. Each of the nipples has a capacity of 90 m³ / min, so the entire line can serve up to approx. 100 adult birds. So that the litter in the hen house remains dry and the water is not splashed and wasted by the birds collecting water, each nipple has a large two-arm eaves cup. In addition to the fact that the bowl eliminates the possibility of the formation of mud on the ground, it also serves for hens or pheasants to additionally collect the accumulated water from it. The shape and dimensions of the eaves cup in no way restrict the animals from freely accessing the drinking trough in order to draw fresh water.

In order to increase the stability of the line, a support pipe with a diameter of 26.75 mm was attached to the square PVC pipe with clips. The round support pipe, in addition to stabilizing the watering line, also prevents the buds from settling on the profile. A solid and well-thought-out design makes the entire watering system for poultry practically trouble-free.

This automatic water line for chickens and ducks is 2 meters long and is ready to be suspended from a stylon cord and connected to a water source. The offered poultry watering line, depending on the needs, can be combined into a longer system (up to 120 m) using the connectors included in the set.

Attention! The chicken watering system kit does not include a vent or pressure regulator. The kit only includes the 2 meter line. The system is not ready for completion. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time is 7 working days.
