Product description:

The offered watering line is a comfortable solution in every larger breeding of birds: hens, pheasants, partridges and other poultry. The entire watering system is based on a 22 x 22 mm square PVC pipe with 6 holes (1/8 inch) threaded for nipples with a movable stem. In order for the pheasant drinking line to be stable to the profile made of PVC pipe, a round supporting pipe with a diameter of 26.75 mm was attached with special clips. In addition to the stabilizing function of the chicken watering system, the support pipe also plays the role of a specific anti-perimeter, preventing birds from perching on the line. The whole is able to handle up to 110 layers or broilers.

The automatic watering line consists of the following components:
6 droplet drinkers with a movable stem
6 small two-spoke eaves bowls
2 meter section of 22 x 22 mm square PVC pipe
2 meter round support tube, 26.75 mm diameter
1 connector pipe connector
3 x 22 x 22 mm square tube fittings with round tube
1 flexible joint

The set includes nipple drinkers, the mandrel of which moves both vertically and horizontally. Nipla capacity is calculated at 70-80 cm³ / min for vertical movement and 30-40 cm³ / min for horizontal movement. Under each teat for watering pheasants there is a two-armed small eaves bowl, which protects against splashing and wasting water by chickens, and thus prevents the formation of mud on the litter. What's more, poultry can also drink water freely from the bowl.

The automatic 2-meter-long laying hens watering line can be fed in two ways:
- directly from the water network
- from the tray

When supplying the watering system from the water main, a water pressure reducer should be placed at the beginning of the line. This is important because the droplet drinkers can work under a maximum pressure of approx. 20-30cm water column. At the end of the poultry drinking system in both cases a vent should be used. A two-meter watering line for poultry can supply water to approx. 60-70 adults.

The poultry watering line can be used in various farms and poultry houses. Ideally suited for drip watering pheasants, quails or other decorative poultry. An automatic line for watering chickens or laying hens is used for watering in various litter farms in farms and poultry houses. It allows for precise and constant supply of fresh water to pheasants, laying hens or quails.

Warning! The drinking system kit for chickens does not have a breather or pressure regulator in the kit. The kit only includes the 2 meter line. The system is not ready. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time 7 working days.
