GARDENVIT tunnel films, produced from the best raw materials in the COEX-3 technology, means that the films are 3-layer.

The film is produced by using metallocene catalysts and PE-LLD raw materials of the highest quality.

Additionally, all films have softening ingredients.

The quality of the produced films has been confirmed by the ISO 9001 certificate.

The films produced according to this technology are characterized by a very high degree of durability, long replacement period and very high light transmittance.

High durability of the foil

The period of foil replacement depends on the quality and technical parameters as well as the method of use. Our offer includes multigrade films of the highest quality with a replacement period of 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 seasons

As standard, we offer films with a width of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16m.

The foils are folded (pressed) into small rolls without losing their strength properties.

Resilience

The durability of films produced in the COEX-3 technology is characterized by a much greater durability compared to ordinary films of the same thickness.

Light transmittance

The amount of light primarily affects the size and quality of the crop. Tunnel foils produced in the COEX-3 technology are characterized by high permeability in the range of 92-94%. Moreover, the scattering of light significantly reduces the number of darkened places, thus ensuring even sunlight - thus reducing the risk of burning plants with too strong light.
