Properties:

Magnesium oxide is essential in the diet of ruminants to appropriate appetite, height and reproduction. It is powder about the beige-brown colour, the distinctive flavour and the smell. Checked source of magnesium in the oxide form. It is responsible for action of the nervous system and functioning of muscles. Demand for magnesium oxide increases during increased effort.

Deficiency:

Lack of appetite
Inhibition of growth
Increased level of aggression
Excitability
Convulsions
Dermetic changes
Postpartum paralysis
Pasture tetany (disorders of the metabolism) especially in spring and autumn when the magnesium level in natural feed is not enough

Excess:

Diarrhea
Slower growth of the bones

As far as veterinarian won’t recommend other dosage, give 1 ton per 1 ton of feed:

Horses 13-15kg
Breeding sows (nursing) 6kg
Sows 1kg
Porkers 2-3kg
Poultry 0,4kg
Dairy cows:

- 20kg of milk per day 25kg

- 35kg of milk per day 35kg

Bulls 4-8kg
Sheep 1-3kg
