Product description:

Professional drive motor for automatic poultry feeding systems: broilers, layers, ducks and turkeys. The offered 0.75 kW feeding line drive motor is powered by three-phase 380V. The motor driving the spiral in the pipe is equipped with a special sensor, whose task is to maintain an appropriate level of feed in the longitudinal line feeders. The drive module of the transverse feeding line is designed for installation on PVC pipes with a diameter of 75 mm.

Due to its function, the drive motor of the feeding line is placed at the end of the transverse line above the last hopper (Hooper) of the longitudinal line. The feed-line drive module has been equipped with a gear that allows it to be connected to a 75 mm diameter spiral, which, while twisting in a 75 mm PVC pipe, transports the feed along the transverse line of the broiler feeding system.

The principle of operation of the motor is that if the feed runs out of the feed hoppers in the longitudinal line, a signal will be sent thanks to the built-in sensor, which will start the motor driving the spiral with the feed in the transverse line connected to the main silo. At this point, when the hoopers are filled with feed and the sensor will block further feed. The entire cycle will restart when the hoppers run out of poultry feed. The mode of operation of spiral feeding systems for poultry is one of the most popular and reliable mechanisms in automatic feed lines used in professional poultry farming.
