Line for watering poultry and quails - 2 m long - with a very high capacity, which is able to handle up to 180 pieces of various types of poultry, including broilers and breeding hens. The set for watering laying hens is recommended for medium and large poultry farms in the bedding system. It is perfect for watering partridges or quails. Thanks to its high efficiency, it can be used for watering broilers, chickens and pheasants.

Significant efficiency and reliability of the system lies in the use of special nipples for drip watering of RB Mix broilers. They have a stainless steel spindle that moves both vertically and horizontally. Thanks to this, quails or even chickens have easier access to water intake.

The RB Mix teat, depending on the degree of movement of the tip and the water pressure, can have a water flow of:

70-80 cm3 / min - vertical movement of the spindle
30-40 cm3 / min - sideways movement
Any movement of the nipple tip is enough for pheasants or other poultry to drink. In addition, the pheasant nipple housing made of bright yellow plastic attracts attention, so the line is suitable even for watering young chickens, which quickly become a habit of drinking from nipples.

A drip cup has been installed on each of the drinking troughs for laying hens to collect excess water. This allows for savings in the amount of water used, especially when adding nutrients or vaccines to liquids from dispensers or dosing pumps for vitamins. The excess empty water will remain in the cups and the litter will not get soaked or rotted.

The whole set is built on the basis of a 2m square PVC pipe, 22x22mm wide. Additionally, the watering set for laying hens is reinforced by a steel and galvanized support pipe, which prevents the automatic bending of the drinking line for chickens. It is also a form of anti-roost for laying hens which does not allow hens or pheasants to sit on the poultry watering system.

The broiler or quail watering kit includes:

- RB Mix nipple drinker with a movable spindle - 10 pieces
- small two-arm eaves cup - 10 pieces
- supporting round pipe fi 26.75 mm - 2 meters
- square PVC pipe 22 x 22 mm - 2 meters
- flexible coupling for connecting square pipes 22 x 22 mm - 1 piece
- square tube connector 22 x 22 mm with round tube fi 26.75 mm - 3 pieces
- round pipe connector fi 26.75 mm - 1 pc

The system for watering pheasants or laying hens can be freely extended by connecting them with subsequent sections of the TOP-CUP 10 line. This allows for the creation of an automatic system for watering chickens with a length of up to 120 meters.
In order to function properly, the system requires a sufficiently low water pressure in the range from 20 to 30 cm of the water column. For this purpose, we recommend using appropriate water pressure reducers. For short distances, the quail or pheasant watering line can be supplied directly from the tank or from the reservoir with a float valve. In both cases it is necessary to use an air vent.

Attention!

The chicken watering system kit does not include a vent or pressure regulator. The kit only includes the 2 meter line. The system is not ready for completion. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time is 7 working days.
