Product description:

Automatic poultry watering line with a length of 2 meters. The hen watering system is equipped with 6 nipple drinkers with a flow reduction, which is enough to handle a maximum of 40 birds. The whole is intended for power supply from the mains or reducer, as well as for suspension and connecting into longer sections. The poultry watering line can be used universally for laying hens, broilers, ducks, pheasants and quails.

Birds draw water from nipple drinkers after touching the steel nipple pin - the pin works only in the vertical direction. Importantly, drip drinkers for poultry have a reduced flow, which prevents unnecessary water loss or wetting the litter. The reduction in flow also means that the use of eaves cups is not required. The capacity of the teats is estimated at 40-50 cm3 / min.

The water in the system is transported in a 22 x 22 mm PVC square tube with nipple drinkers screwed into it. The PVC pipe is connected to the galvanized pipe with 3 couplers on which the entire line will be suspended. The galvanized pipe has a load-bearing function and gives the entire line of stability. Both pipes are included in the set in 2-meter lengths.

- Drip drinker for poultry with LOW-FLOW water flow reduction - 6 pcs
- supporting round pipe fi 26.75 mm - 2 meters
- square PVC pipe 22 x 22 mm - 2 meters
- flexible coupling for connecting square pipes 22 x 22 mm - 1 piece
- square tube connector 22 x 22 mm with round tube fi 26.75 mm - 3 pieces
- round pipe connector fi 26.75 mm - 1 pc

The automatic poultry watering line can be supplied in two ways:

- from the hopper - the line is directly connected to the hopper, which is above the level of the poultry watering line. Everything works on the gravity principle, no pressure reducer is required. A deaerator should be installed at the end of the hens' watering line.
- from the water supply - the poultry watering line is connected to the water supply. This type of installation requires a pressure reduction to reduce the inlet water pressure. There is also an air vent at the end of the line.

Attention!
The chicken watering system kit does not include a vent or pressure regulator. The kit only includes the 2 meter line. The system is not ready for completion. At the customer's request, the line can be assembled free of charge - waiting time is 7 working days.
