Product description:

Universal rubber fingers designed for poultry pluckers. They fit most of the professional feather plucking models available on the market. They are suitable for plucking the feathers of almost all species of farmed poultry and wild birds.

The plucker's fingers are made of soft and flexible rubber with a hardness of approx. 60oSh. They are optimally prepared for operation in feather plucking devices: their appropriately adjusted low level of hardness prevents bruising of the meat. On the other hand, the high degree of flexibility of the fingers makes them better adapt to any shape of the poultry carcass. The special ribbed pattern placed on the plucking fingers allows for the precise capture of feathers, even those small and thin, without damaging the skin or tearing the structure of the meat.

The fingers are 9 cm long. At the base, they are 25mm in diameter and gradually taper to a diameter of 10mm at the very top. On the surface of each finger there are 13 stripes, spaced every 3mm. The groove on which the fingers are attached to the roller or drum of the picking machine is 2mm wide.

Poultry plucking fingers are sold per piece. The price is for one finger, 9 cm long.
