Product description:

Very simple and reliable nipple for laying hens used in automatic watering systems. This type of automatic drinking trough is used in many farms and farms involved in egg production in bedding or free range farming.

The universal nipel for layers is made of a plastic housing, while the elements of the water valve located inside are made of high grade stainless steel. The whole is very resistant to long-term effects of water as well as is chemically inert to various ingredients, nutrients added to water or agents for cleaning or disinfecting the drinking line.

The poultry watering system is screwed into a square pipe into previously made and threaded holes. The drinking trough has a 1/8 inch thread. The water flows only when the nipple pin is pressed, which opens the water. The drinker is intended for use together with the eaves bowls, which reduce water losses and there is no risk of litter rotting.

To prevent leaks, remember to choose the right pressure in the pipes at a level of 20-30 cm water column, which can be adjusted using appropriate pressure regulating pumps. The amount of water that is supplied to poultry using these nipples depends primarily on the pressure and the degree of pushing the stem by the poultry while drinking.
