Product description:

The profiled tooth clipper for piglets is one of the basic veterinary tools. They work well in small farms where there is a need to trim sprouts in several or a dozen animals a week. The clove cutters are used to prevent piglets from being injured. This, in turn, can cause many infections caused by bacteria entering the wound. Sprout cutters are also used to prevent the effects of cannibalism that may occur in the herd in adulthood in advance.

Trimming piglets should be performed as early as possible when wound healing is rapid. To prevent gingivitis, the tongs should be well sharpened and the sprouts should be cut evenly. Teeth should not be twisted or pulled out, as this can lead to inflammation. Sprout clipping tongs should be carefully and frequently disinfected to prevent contamination.

Sprout cutting tongs are made of high-quality stainless steel. As a result, they do not rust and are resistant to moisture. The profiled head enables more positional, precise and quick cutting. In addition, it allows the teeth to be cut smoothly without crushing them, leaving the surface undamaged. The clippers are equipped with a special spring mechanism that facilitates the procedure. The handle of the forceps is additionally engraved, which prevents it from slipping during work.
Tooth trimmers are a universal tool as they can also be used for trimming claws on smaller animals such as cats and rabbits.
